Under the application it says we need a physician's document to record all of our ongoing medical conditions; does anyone know how important mental illness is? Tbh i have a lot of diagnoses (adhd, ocd, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder) but am very mentally stable (i swear 😞). i'm worried the amount of diagnoses i have/meds i'm on (except adderall because i know i can't take that in japan) may be a turn off to the people reviewing applications and i might not even get the chance to interview… does anyone have any experience with this? My application is really strong aside from this one thing…
