Recently, I'm having a problem with using my SMBC card iD mode (debit card) since last Thursday, I keep getting emails like this whenever I use my card iD mode.. "Thank you for using Olive Flexible Pay. We would like to inform you that some transactions could not be made using your card (debit mode).
Reason for unavailability: iD cannot be used"
When I checked my SMBC app I have now two types of money to use, each has different amount.
And I think I accidentally switched the SMBC Debit to Olive Flexible Pay and now they're sending me a new card and it'll arrive in 4 business days.
Is anyone here experiencing the same thing? Am I in trouble lol
I'm sooo confused. Help me out.
