Is it worth it moving to Japan for studies?

I am 23F and got a MEXT scholarship to study MBA in Kyoto, Japan. I come from a third world country, but I have a stable job, family and friends here. I’ve been applying for studies in Japan, in Germany and Austria. Got rejected from the last two although that was my priority.

II already studied in Japan as an exchange student and I liked it, applied there because I just wanted to see if I can get the scholarship or not. But now I don't know if I'm ready and if it's even worth it.

I know that job prospects after graduation are very disappointing in Japan – it's nearly impossible to land a good job without speaking Japanese. I could go just for fun, but I'm 23 and when I come back I'm gonna be almost 26, wouldn't it mean that I put on stop my career and everything to just become a poor student in Japan🥲

I have an option of staying in my home country for another year, try to save up money to move to Germany instead. I feel like there would be much more job opportunities there. Japan is a beautiful country, although moving there was never my plan, now I’m left only with this option.
