I'm very confused. I have a WHV (Australian) and the permit on my passport says it's valid for stays up to one year. The visa sticker in my passport says that it's valid for a year, and my residency card says that it's valid for a year as well. However, the embassy in Australia for Japan says that WHVs need to be renewed every six months. It's making me anxious, anyone know what the deal is with this?
