I'm trying to understand if I could go on a Holiday Visa to Japan and keep/continue remote working for my Company in Poland. I can't find a conclusive answer. From what I gather, remote work (for foreign company) is fine on WHV, but there is some complications with taxes.
I understand that in any work based on a country you need to pay your taxes on the country you are living the most through the year, so spending a whole year in Japan kind of create the need for you to pay taxes there, but, this can't be done since I would be on a WHV and employed still on a company outside Poland.
Can anyone clarify this further or help me understand if this is possible?
