Hello from the other side of the world! I pray that everyone is in good mental and physical health.
I have an inquiry and would really appreciate any help. I'm a 24-year-old female currently residing in Algeria. I have a Baccalauréat in Mathematics, a Bachelor’s degree in English, and a Master’s in English Literature and Civilisation, I speak three languages: Arabic (native), French & English (fluent)
I also have teaching experience with elementary students and experience as a personal assistant for children with challenges. I've been saving up for a few months now, and I’m considering moving to Japan to work as an ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) or English tutor. My goal isn’t to live a luxurious life but rather to earn and save more money while working with my degree. I also have basic tech literacy and other essential skills, and I’m currently learning Japanese.
would I stand a chance of getting a job in Japan with my current qualifications? Or would it be better to study something else to strengthen my resume before applying? any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
