Hiiii!!! Hope all is well! I am wrapping up my application, and disclosed on the form that I was recently diagnosed with ADHD this year, I also wrote I took medication for 2 months but no longer take it because of side effects, and do not wish to continue meds. I have learned that my diagnosing physician is no longer working at the office I go to. Can my therapist sign off of it? Do I need to mention I was taking medication even I was on it for such a short time? Anything helps! Thanks!
