Hi,
I am close to finalizing my application for the 2025 program, and I have two questions. I have emailed my local consulate coordinator about them, but they have not gotten back yet. Since the deadline is approaching, I opted to ask here and maybe get some help from former coordinators or JET participants.
- I am unsure of the way my AP scores are being portrayed in my transcript. I took these AP classes during Spring 2021, but just recently got then on my transcript due to AP College Board deleting my account kind of issues. So, in my transcript they are listed as Fall 2024. Nowhere my transcript mentions these two courses as being transferred credits. (I have taken Dual Credit classes in high school through a community college and those are shown formally as transferred). Could there be any issue with my AP classes only being added Fall 2024 when I have taken them in Spring 2021 during HS?
My AP scores are in my transcript as follows:
SUBJ NO. / C / COURSETITLE / CRED / GRD / PTSR
NAME 1: Comp Prog Credits: 4.00 Grade: S Points: 0.00
Advance Placement Exam
NAME 1: Intro to Stats Credits: 3.00 Grade: S Points: 0.00
Advance Placement Exam
Ehrs: 7.00 GPA-Hrs: 0.00 Qpts: 0.00 GPA: 0.00
S means "Satisfactory – Credit Earned"
- My second question is regarding my proof of expected graduation. My department advisor has written a letter formally stating that I will be graduating by May. However, the .pdf is not digitally signed with limited permissions. The letter contains my University's logo, department logo, my advisor's name, signature, and contact information (phone/email), and on-campus address. Am I required to upload a digitally signed document with limited permissions, or is the letter enough the way it is?
Thanks to anyone reading.
