Costs of Statement of Physician form fill out in Canada

Hey everyone,

Just working through the application. I’m wondering if anyone can share how much it’s costed them to get their Statement of Physician or Certificate of Health forms filled out in Canada (specifically British Columbia if possible)?

Context: here in BC I’m being quoted $180 for the each of the forms which will amount to $360 if I get accepted into JET. Hoping to get an idea if this is a normal price or not.
