Moving to Japan. I have some queries.

I'm currently pursuing an MBA and have about 5 years of prior work experience (1 year dev, 3 years Product Management and 1 year of Founders' Office.). I'm really interested in exploring opportunities to live and work in Japan after graduation.

I have a few questions I was hoping the community could help me with:

1. Job Opportunities: How open is the Japanese job market to hiring international MBA grads? Are there specific industries or companies that are more welcoming to foreigners?
2. Language Barrier: I’ve started learning Japanese, but I'm not fluent yet. How critical is language proficiency for post-MBA roles, especially in larger cities like Tokyo or Osaka?
3. Visa Options: What are the most viable visa options for someone in my position? Do most employers sponsor work visas, or should I be considering something like a job-seeker or humanities visa?
4. Culture & Work Environment: Any insights on what to expect in terms of workplace culture, especially as a mid-career international hire?
5. Success Stories: If anyone here has made the move post-MBA (or knows someone who has), I’d love to hear how it went!
