Is it worth it to fly to Miyakojima if I’m already planning to stay in the Kerama Islands?

Basically title. I know they are different places and both look amazing but do you think it makes sense to go to both? 2 days in Kerama islands and 2 days in Miyakojima? Just relaxing, sun bathing and swimming
