Which recommendation letter should I choose?

I asked 3 people to write my recommendation letters. The first one was from my current workplace. I’m struggling which one to choose for my second one. Let’s call them Recommendation Letters A and B. Haha

Recommendation Letter A – This was written by my university professor. I was in some of her classes in college and graduate school. She’s also my research adviser. She wrote about my academic performance and how my knowledge and skills can contribute to the JET Programme. But the problem is, I can get her letter this November 4 earliest. The deadline in my country will be on November 8. I don’t want to cram as I still have to send it thru a courier (probably takes 1-2 days to be delivered if all goes well and there’s no typhoon or it won’t get stuck enroute to the embassy)

Recommendation Letter B – The supervisor from a summer work I did 3 years ago wrote this. I worked for them for a month as a writer to document seminars. Here’s what makes this letter interesting, she placed emphasis on the culture aspect of the seminar and how well I performed in that job (she’s so kind and generous btw). I think that it in a way translates to the JET Programme’s cultural aspect. My only problem with this one is how short the timeframe is and that was 3 years ago already. I mean, it was just a part-time job. She can send me this tomorrow. So I can submit my application this week without worrying about cramming or delays.

For additional context, both of them were kind enough to send me an electronic copy of the letters so I was able to check the contents. The supervisor for recommendation letter B can email me the letter with her e-sig so she can send tomorrow, but my prof is kinda strict with her signature, she doesnt want to send it thru email. I have to get the physical copy with the fresh sig which she can give me a week from now.

Which do you think is the best option?
