If someone push’s or shoulder barges to other commuters at the train station deliberately, can photos be taken off them and emailed to the station to report that person or does it have to be reported at the station straight away?
The reason I’m asking have notice the same person (Asian man maybe around 180 cmish , looks really built) doing this at Omotesando station which it’s the 2nd time this person has done to me this morning. After giving me a should barge I saw him then did it to someone else on the stairs leading to the Hanzomon line
Not looking to fight anyone at the station, which I feel this person is.
