Hello, first time applying for the JET. You see I'm a bit confused about the instructions. it's said that it needs to be in a brown or plastic envelope, but which is it really? brown envelope? transparent plastic envelope? brown plastic envelope? also do I need to tape the envelope before passing?
There is also about the numbering on the documents. Do I need to put sticker numbers per document or is it okay if it doesn't have?
Also I am a PWD with a sensory hearing loss on my left ear, I can still hear but there are times where I don't hear anything at all so do I also need to send a physician document?
