While in Japan this past December my
Group and I had the most delicious light cakes. The Icing was not not heavy and thick. The cake was light and airy. I need to know what that was.
I'm wanting this style of cake for my wedding so I need to know what to ask for from the baker. I loved the strawberry one and the only thing I can compare it is a strawberry short cake but it truly isn't even close to that.
