Hey y'all, I'm feeling a little stuck. I have no access to my old medical history since I moved to a different state. I have never been officially diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or ADHD, but before I moved to CA I did take prescribed medication for panic attacks but only took them for a month until I was in a new situation. I also had to take medicine for a back injury from 2 years ago, but again, I don't have my records for ANY of the things I've listed… I cant remember the medications I was temporarily on from those years ago, and they're not on my Kaiser records… so….. should I just put the medical history that I do have access to at Kaiser/ the history that my doctors at Kaiser actually have access to? How will JET know about my old medical history if my current doctors don't have access to them? Does this make sense?
