Listening in Japanese is so hard! Any tips or good online listening tests?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been learning Japanese for a while now, and while I’m enjoying the process, listening is by far the hardest part for me. I often understand words when I read them, but when I hear them in real conversations, I struggle to keep up or catch anything at all.

Do you have any tips on how to train listening skills effectively?

Also, are there any good online resources or tests I can use to check my current listening level and track progress over time?
