I will be in Okinawa from tomorrow onwards, till Friday. Are there any events (concerts, parties or meet-ups etc.) going on in that time frame?
Most events happen on the weekend. You can google concerts in Okinawa, but I don’t know what genre you are interested in. Compared to the bigger cities in Japan, not much happens during the weekdays this time of year.
If you’re somehow a fan of hello kitty there’s a special exhibit for the 50 years at the prefectoral museum. Their permanent exhibitions are great too and the other temporary one is mind blowing too
There’s also a pottery exhibition starting today in the city center
