Throw away account but a serious question. I have tried multiple avenues to get a bank to loan money for a home here in Okinawa but all have failed. Okinawa Kaiho, Okinawa Ginko, Ryukyu Ginko all say no way. The only way (so far) to get anyone to look is one builder that offers 6.5% or higher interest rate.
If there's a bank in mainland that will work with SOFA status members I'd like to find out. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
