It’d be nice if they could boost the power supply for regular residents, too; maybe get the prices down a little bit. Not excited about the prospect of sweating through the summer without AC because ChatGPT needs to think a little harder.
Unplugging all the fax machines should free up some of that energy for the almost nonexistent Japanese ML industry.
Nvidia should supply the power if they need it that badly. Kinda selling everyone else short who is failing to pay for it and also taking some away from those who can.
