Hi all!
I had a quick question to anyone who may have had this problem before but I had reached out via Telemedicine to my physician for my statement and for some reason she takes forever to respond!
I had asked her for the letter about 2 weeks ago, she just takes a very long time to both respond and look at attachments I have sent.
She had sent me back a the statement with my nickname I use, for example, instead of Joseph she called me Joe. I was wondering if that was a problem for anyone who this may have happened to. I would reach out to her again but I am afraid by the time she sends it, the deadline to submit things and turn in the application will pass.
My doctor also put all of her information on the page as asked by JET, so is there a possibility they would reach out to her about my name?
