I went to the Koinobori Festival today in Takatsuki – Osaka, I think the streamers are up for the next few days too if you want to see them! It takes place every year on April 29th symbolises wishes for children’s health and success. They had a traditional Japanese drum performance too.
I hear theres a Jazz Festival in Takatsuki next week for Golden Week if interested 🙂
