Can I Still Pass the SSW Interview After Leaving Japan Due to Mental Health?

Hi everyone,
I worked in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa for 3 months in 2024, but I experienced a serious mental health crisis (a suicide attempt that thankfully failed). I left the job and returned to Myanmar in November 2024 to recover. I’ve spent the past 6 months getting better, and now I feel ready to try again.

I still have my residence card and re-entry permit, but I no longer have a job or sponsor in Japan. I’m planning to return under SSW, but I’m worried:

Will I be able to pass the SSW interview again despite leaving early last time?

Will they know about my suicide attempt or will it hurt my chances?

I haven’t returned my Zairyuu card yet. Will that be a problem?

I also have unpaid Rakuten phone bills. Will that affect immigration or reapplication?

I’m using a new fund to try again, so I really want to know if it’s possible before I commit everything. Any advice or real experience would help me a lot. Thank you.
