Hello everyone I was in Japan last week with my parents. Long story short I bought 2 eSIMs mine was able to connect but both of my parents have older iPhones that use a physical SIM card.
So if anyone is going to Japan here you go. Have a wonder and safe trip. Please just comment once it’s used so I can delete post.
