Art uni options in Japan for bachelor’s degree

Hello! I (f 18) am currently finishing up my first year at a community college in the U.S. and am looking to further my education in Japan after receiving my associates in fine art, with hopes to study there in ~2 years. I have been looking into some university options in Japan and have some questions/would really appreciate some advice! I will include my questions below as well as some information about my education for context.

My info for context:

-I graduated high-school a year early, then proceeded directly to college.

-I am proficient in english and have strong writing skills.

-I am on a 2 year tuition scholarship through my college for my associates in fine arts , with my focus being figurative oil painting and life drawing.

-I am on an ethnic scholarship for Cherokee Native American students.

-I have maintained a 3.9-4.0 gpa through my first year.

-I am attending a small school that does not have any international advisors to assist me in this process, so I am struggling to determine the best approach.

My questions:

-Would a degree transfer be reasonably possible? I have read some schools accept 20-24 credits, but I will be graduating with ~62 credits and would like to transfer those to a Japanese school rather than a uni like Sophia or Temple if I can.

-How challenging is securing independent housing on a student visa, would I have to seek schools that provide dormitories?

-With my current gpa and sufficient language test scores, would I have a reasonable shot at getting accepted anywhere or am I just reaching for the stars?

-Any experience with international study in Nagoya, Kyoto, or Osaka? Any other recommendations?

Thank you in advance for any feedback!! I am very excited to get the ball rolling, and hope to make Japan my first stop in my journey to study art across various cultures and communities!!
