Our flight arrives around 14:00 at Haneda Airport, so me and my wife will get our Residence Card at the airport. We also have our apartment already, provided by the company so we have an address.
Is it a good idea to go directly to Koto City Office from Haneda and register our address? How long does the process usually take? Will we run out of time?
