Konnichiwa, locals!
I've brought my family for a week of fun in Okinawa.
We're gonna do all the World heritage stuff, but I'm crowd-sourcing suggestions for other ways to spend our time (main island, only please).
Specifically, we love the sea and snorkeling, so it you have any must-go locations, please let us know! (Edit: we have our own gear, so rentals aren't an issue…just specific beaches)
I was also shocked by how affordable parasailing appears to be?!
If you know of a particularly good parasailing spot (or company), I'd be very grateful for advice.

I recomend Blue Cave for snorkeling, and Shirumichu Beach is amazing for photos and a picnic. I’ve also spent a lot of time in Nago hanging out, it’s a very laid back vibe
Also I would recommend you go to cape Zampa, cool views and a nice restaraunt with yummy American style food
