I would like to ask if the following is possible:

Secure a Tokyo based job that’s either primarily in English or doesn’t require extreme fluency in Japanese

Ideally related to finance

that pays more than 9m a year (my current salary is well over 10m in JPY and I am due a promotion next year).

Secure permanent residence in a year by having >80 pts.
