Work life and Japanese colleagues interaction advice

So I’m a gaijin in my 30s moving to Tokyo in a few months as a white collar worker.
I believe almost everyone in my team is Japanese except me.

Would like to hear some experiences about what things can be perceived as “weird” , “rude” or “annoying” by Japanese boss and colleagues? And the opposite too! What is well perceived?

For example; is trying to be too polite or energetic at all times annoying to them? Or is being chill ok?

Any examples, experiences or advice would be appreciated!
