Scuba Diving Guide Recs

Hi, my buddy and I will be visiting for 3 days in late August. Both from the US but he’s been living in Osaka for about a year.

We’re looking for recs for diving companies near Naha. We will have a car so are willing to drive outside of the city if there are better guides there. I’ve seen Okinawa 39ers and English Empire Divers as recs on a few sites but wanted to check here.

Both of us have snorkeled but we are first time divers. We will have basic open water certification prior to coming.

Also, any food recs, activities, hikes, beaches, historical sites are all appreciated.
