Any Okinawan potluck recipe ideas?

Me and my roommates are doing a okinawan (ryukyuan) style potluck (luau) later on this month. We might do champuru, miso soup, and sweet potato tempura but I want more ideas. I know how to make rafute, ninjin-shirishiri,and andansu.

I want some recipes and suggestions! I love learning about other cultures and cooking/baking. Me and my roommates thought of doing minudaru (steamed black sesame seed pork) but with chicken or salmon on the grill or something. Please comment and dm me your suggestions!
