Which uni for exchange

Hi all,

I'll likely be going to one of these unis for exchange in 2 years time so I was wondering if anyone has any experience at these particular universities or in general as I'm not too sure which to pick. I'll very likely be taking the courses in English so I've filtered out the unis that offer CS-related courses in English and those that don't.

For context, I'll likely only have completed N3 by the time I go for exchange.

I've visited Japan before twice, mainly Tokyo/Kamakura/Osaka and preferred Kamaura over Osaka over Tokyo.
