Osaka neighbourhoods

Hey team.

Currently in Osaka. Only have a few days left and want to explore the better areas (my idea of better anyway).

Currently staying around Namba which is hectic and the novelty has worn off.

Any areas you could recommend that a better for vintage shopping, record bars, arts etc. Thinking similar to shimokitazawa or along those lines.
