  1. Way too presumptuous. The pressing question is whether Harvard hopefuls would choose Japan, not the other way around.

  2. So can’t go to Harvard and would consider Japan ? Not very likely.

  3. Why tf would they come to our 🐕💩 universities when Hong Kong and Singapore offer much more globally recognized institutions 😅

  4. Japanese universities said “YES!” to Harvard hopefuls. The main issue is that Harvard hopefuls didn’t ask Japanese universities anything.

  5. Why would a Harvard hopeful go to a Japanese uni? They’re not that great. 

  6. It’s still understandable if it’s the Todai, or Kyodai at most. But other than those two, it’s a massive downgrade compared to Harvard. Even Nagoya University which is still among Imperial Universities.

  7. Even if you convinced them to come to a Japanese university; they’d be severely restricted on what they could study.

  8. With Japan’s horrendous English, what courses would they offer there in English?
