Was walking by kokusai and by an chicken-themed Izakaya (Kaientai Okinawa BonjiRiya one silver-dori
ぼんぢりや 一銀通り店) and saw a live rooster stuck in a cage barely enough space to stretch its wings.
It was crying and plucking its own feathers, showing clear signs of stress in a well lit and very noisy area throughout the night. Its clearly isnt doing well, and seems its there for the "theme"!?! Is there some koban that would investigate this abuse? I'm not local to oki so please help me share around.
Also it's water and food was dirty 😡
