In front/in a slit by the side of the family mart in Sanjo Teramachi is a grey tiger street cat (had the ears clipped) that seemingly has its right front leg broken. It was meowing, but tame (could pet it). I did tell the staff about it, but not sure if they are going to do anything. Anyone able to get it some help? 🥹
