Hi. I'm apartment hunting because my current apsrtment is in front of a very busy road and I can't sleep at night due to the noise. I have found a pretty good place in Fuse, Higashiosaka but it's a bit too inside and the road in front is so narrow that a car cannot even fit in there. But on the contrary, now I'm concerned about safety issues. The building is a 3 storey one and Im on the 3rd floor. It's very quiet but the building has no auto lock. I heard from my broker that mostly working people are living there. The rent is relatively cheap as well which also makes me think that people who can pay that amount of rent probably live there and I don't know how to feel about that. I'm a 留学生 here and safety really is important to me. But the other options i have in hand are way too expensive so I'm considering this. If anyone knows how Fuse is or any opinions on the matter,it'll be really helpful. Theres a 商店街 right beside, 2 mins walk and the station is 5 mins walk so those are some convenient points.
