Hi everyone,
I’m currently living in Kyoto but planning to move closer to my workplace, which is near Kashima Station (Osaka).
The problem is, there aren’t any supermarkets or gyms around that area, and it feels quite inconvenient for daily life. So now I’m looking for a neighborhood in or near Osaka where:
• There are supermarkets and daily convenience stores
• Affordable rent (I’m not looking for luxury, just decent and budget-friendly)
• A gym or fitness center nearby
• Easy commute to Kashima Station (train/bus ok, within 30–45 min ideally)
I don’t mind if it’s technically in Amagasaki or another nearby city, as long as the commute is manageable and life is comfortable. I’d love some local advice or recommendations from people familiar with the area.
