What are the top contemporary music schools in Japan?

Hi, this got removed from r/japan so I'll ask here

I am very interested in Japan and I'm a jazz/contemporary art musician, so naturally it has been a goal to study music abroad in Japan. I have looked at some lists online, but most come out as the top CLASSICAL music schools, not contemporary music.

So my request is for a list of schools with good contemporary music programs in Japan, any city. They can be conservatories or full universities.
