I'm planning on moving to Japan soon. I'm hoping to do my Master's in Japan, and hopefully Tohoku Uni as my fiancé is in Sendai and I've only heard good things about the Uni.
I'm interested in Radiography but I don't have a radiography background (Allied Health), and it seems like their Master's program is very research focused rather than course-work. I have 0 experience in the field, and 0 experience in conducting research and honestly want to do clinic work rather than research for work.
If anyone has any experience in their research courses, how much guidance to they provide? Do I need to have an idea of what research I want to do prior to applying – as I know it says to contact their professors prior to application. Or is this just not a good fit for wanting to do clinic work?
Thanks in advance.
