Me, my brother, and his partner are looking to move to Japan in a few years. I'd be starting a small business, so I know that's also going to take some planning. I wanted to get an idea of how long it takes to close on a house in Japan. Where I'm at in the US, it's generally around a couple months, but I am under the impression there's more red tape/bureaucracy involved with buying a house in Japan.
