Has anyone used a moving company when relocating to Japan for JET (especially from outside their home country)?

Hi everyone! I’m currently living in Vietnam and planning to apply for the JET Program. I was wondering if anyone has experience using an international moving company to bring their belongings to Japan—especially if you moved from a third country (not your home country).
• Was it worth it?
• Any companies you’d recommend?
• How did customs work for personal items?
• Would you do it again or just start fresh?
• would you use a moving company from Japan or one here in Vietnam, I have a moving company I use here to move within the country and they said they could help me move to Japan,
• when in the timeline would I be able to move my stuff?
