I did not indicate that I had an ADHD diagnosis as it does not affect my day-to-day and I do not take medication for it. My GP has indicated that I have been diagnosed. My JET Coordinator has asked me to fill out a form explaining why I omitted it. I didn't intentionally omit it; it honestly did not cross my mind since I do not take any action for my diagnosis. I emphasised the fact that this is a minor diagnosis, with zero effect on my abilities or character.
How screwed am I? All opinions welcomed.
