Is there a single example of an ALT ever being able to successfully sue a dispatch company under Japan’s justice system?

We all know they are the scum of the earth. They treat their employees like shit and toe the line between legal and illegal labor practices.

In the cases they crossed the line, abused employees or didn't pay wages, is there a single instance anyone has ever sued successfully?
