I'm going on an study abroad year this coming autumn and am currently in the process of filling out my COE application form. I'm a little bit confused about how to proceed on Q28, the method of support. I am in receipt of the maximum student loan from SFE (roughly 2.6mJPY) but I'm not sure how best to represent this on the form. It's not exactly a scholarship, but if I select 'others' I then have to fill out the occupation and annual income parts which aren't really relevant in this case. Do I just select scholarship in this case? I already have my proof of entitlement letter which will be used in place of a bank statement. I have emailed my sponsor with these questions a couple days ago but am yet to receive a response and given the long processing times I am eager to complete the form soon. Thanks!
