Lately as an Indonesian I've been seeing a ton of job openings for civil engineers and architects that hire our nationals. The requirements are pretty standard, fresh graduates, minimal experience, etc, but you need to speak N3/2 Japanese. They're all Japanese companies.
So I want to ask how is working as a civil engineer in Japan is like?
I have people telling me working there is stressful, but also have people from my country say that it's such an improvement despite the work culture.
I've also been learning Japanese for a while, and considering about getting serious to apply for these jobs.
