How do I know if moving to Japan is actually for me?

Well first thing is that I (15M) think that it might be a bit too early for me to worry about this.

But that being said I would want to move out of my country as soon as possible, and I've been considereing Japan, but while researching stuff I found some conflicting points like for example some say the people are "cold" to foreigners while some say they are welcoming. Also I'm somewhat introverted, I'm not sure what carrer I want in the future but this could also help me find one.

Some of the things I'm interested in are what are some things that I should know/things that could be overlooked, actually how bad the xenophobia is, how hard is it to find a job with good work-life balance, how hard is it to get a visa, and finally just generally how hard is the moving process.

Edit: thank you everyone, I came to the conclusion I should just wait some more time and consider it then, until that time comes I shouldn't worry too much.
