Expo employee abuse leads?

I've had a number of tips about exploitation at the Osaka expo, but no one will talk. I need to investigate this but no one will share anything concrete. Even a lead through immigration lead to a dead end because people don't want to shake things up or embarrass Osaka. People are being treated badly and I need to find out how. What have you heard from staff? Let's do the right thing.
