Im American. My spouse is Thai. Im applying for the Business Manager visa and so my spouse is applying for Dependent Visa.
Today immigration responded to our application and requested the USA version of our marriage certificate. The thing is we have never been to the US together, we got married in Thailand and live in Thailand. We sent them the official Thai marriage certificate already as well as a translated version. The US embassy does not provide "US versions" of marriage certificates.
Any idea what to do here? Trying not to panic that this is messing up our applications. Thanks
