Hi,
Me and my wife (no kids, both europeans) have the chance to move to Japan by internal relocation with the American company we work in (but working in Europe).
The salary will be the same than in Europer but we would have a slight better purchasing power in Tokyo (cheaper then current city).
I want to ask the perks and disadvantages of staying two years max in Japan working for an American company, based on tour experience as expats.
We want to stay two years in order to have a kid here in Europe where social system is better and in this country four languages are spoken (with an additional one at home it would be 5).
